The number below is for Guardsman/Reservists who have civilian medical insurance that has/have been paying for their own care/treatment out of their own pockets as a result of military vaccinations.  Contact MMSO at 888-647-6676.  (there is no website, only an automated number). This is where the process will begin to receive reimbursement, and applies only to injuries that are believed to be from military vaccinations.
